Originally from Houston, TX, Lindsay is a licensed interior designer with 10+ years experience in both commercial and high-end residential design. As a graduate from the CIDA accredited, Art Institute of Houston, Lindsay received a Bachelor’s in Interior Design, and her NCIDQ licensure shortly thereafter. Looking for a change of pace and elevation, Lindsay moved to Denver in 2017 and fully embraced life on the front range. During the pandemic, Lindsay took the opportunity to give mountain living a try and moved to Vail where she worked as a senior residential designer and discovered her love of mountain life.
After a few years in Vail, Lindsay and her partner decided they wanted to invest in their future and purchase a property. They aimed to establish a working homestead in an area that would cater to both living in a rural environment while working in an urban setting. Those parameters led them to San Miguel County, where they happened upon a fantastic property just south of Norwood and a beautiful canyon’s drive away from Telluride. In the summer of 2022, Lindsay became a full-time resident, and a few months later, completed the dream with finding a perfect design homebase with Zinque Design.
When Lindsay is not designing, she is getting her hands dirty on her property – moving rocks and dirt from their future homesite and planting trees and kitchen crops in her garden. She also enjoys all things Colorado - hiking, mountain biking, fishing and snowboarding along with going for long walkabouts with her pup Shera.
