A native of Colorado, Alyssa grew up in Denver and came to Telluride in 2000 after graduating from Fort Lewis College in Durango. She has experienced a lifelong innate calling to create beauty, and when posed with the question "what do you want to be when you grow up?," at age 6, her response was "Interior Designer or Fashion Designer".  Having now worked in the field of interior design for over 18 years and also as an accomplished jewelry artist - it's safe to say her childhood ambitions have become reality. Upon moving to Telluride, she began working with LuxWest Interiors and after nearly a decade of design experience there, she branched out and started her own interior design company, Evolve Decor, in 2009. The company name stemmed from her belief that our lives and our style are ever evolving and the spaces in which we live and play should evolve with us. It is this understanding that makes Alyssa now at home with ZINQUE, where they share that same fundamental belief and agree that the best results come from creative collaboration. When not absorbed in the creation of beautiful spaces, Alyssa can be found hiking, running, spending quality time with her dog Tashi, or making new pieces for her jewelry line 'Luciblue'.
